- Do tolls and GST cost extra?
- No. The fare you see is the total. CityLink and Bolte tolls are included, and GST (1/11) is included in every fare.
- What if my flight is delayed?
- We track your flight number. The first 30 minutes of waiting after touchdown is free, and we won't leave until you're in the car.
- Can I bring child seats?
- Yes — tell us during booking and we'll fit a baby capsule, forward-facing seat, or booster. No extra charge.
